SHORT-TERM HEALTHCARE

Services offered:

  • Preventive Health Care - Annual Physical Exam(APE)*, CBC, Urinalysis, Fecalysis, Chest X-ray, Electrocardiogram (40y/o and up), Pap SMear (women 40y/o and up);
  • Dental Care *- Simple Tooth Extraction, Unlimited Temporary Filling,  Annual Prophylaxis (mild cases only);
  • In Patient Care - Maximum Benefit Limit P100k per illness per year, Room and board (limit according to plan), Operating and Recovery Room, Administered medicines, X-ray and Laboratory Examinations, Services of Kaiser Specialists like anesthesiologists, internists, surgeons, etc., Services and medications for general/spinal anesthesia or other forms of anesthesia necessary for a surgical procedure, Intravenous fluids and transfusion of fresh whole flood, Modern therapeutic modalities and interventional surgical procedures such as, but not limited to laparoscopic surgery and lithotripsy, are covered up to Php20,000 each per year subject to pre-existing conditions coverage, ICU confinements, dialysis, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy subject to the maximum limit and pre-existing condition coverage;
  • Out Patient Care - All year-round medical care; 

In the event that the assured member suffers illness or injury not requiring confinement in a hospital, Kaiser shall provide: 

  1. Referral to specialists, 
  2. Regular consultations and treatment (except prescribed medicines), 
  3. Laboratory and X-Ray examinations, 
  4. Treatment of minor injuries and surgery not requiring confinement 
  5. Eye, ear, nose and throat treatment

*For new members, in the availing APE and Dental Care, member should have completed a semi annual, two quarterly or a six-month premium payment. APE and Dental Care will be subjected to Kaiser's approval if premium payment is made less than the required condition.

Ito yung healthcare na pwede i-avail ng isang company ranging from 10-49 persons.

KAISER HEALTH CARD CORPORATE PLAN

Ito naman yung mga big companies ranging from 100 and up employees.

Kung gusto natin bigyan ng healthcare and ating asawa at mga anak.

Ito naman Group ay pwede i-avail ng isang company from 50-99 proposed members.

Long-term Healthcare is divided into 3 periods

        1. Accumulating/Paying Period (1st to 7th Year) 

During this period, the plan holder gets to have the following benefits:

  • Free Annual Physical Examination 
  • Free Dental Benefits
  • Waiver of Installment due to death
  • Waiver of Installment due to disability
  • Basic Medical Benefits
  • Member's choice of room and board 
  • Annual Benefit Limit (starting at 50,000/year depending on the plan)

This is to protect the healthy plan holders and the company. Should not have any pre-existing conditions.

        2. Extended/Waiting Period (8th to 20th year)

During this period, the plan holder doesn't need to pay anymore, he/she will just wait for its maturity.

Lifetime Network access to over 500 major hospitals

Funds starts to earn an average rate of 10% per year

Upon maturity, the plan holder will receive the following benefits:

  • Total accumulation of unused health benefits
  • Long-term care benefit or plan coverage
  • Long-term care bonus (up to 85% of return on premium contributed when there are no claims)
  • Additional health benefits when the market is at top performance

All the above benefits will be good as cash. The plan holder can withdraw all the money, take only the half of it or leave it there to accumulate until retirement years conitnuing to grow at an average of 10% per year. At the end of 20th year, you will receive the Kaiser VISA card containing the contribution from the accumulation period. 

         3.  Long-term care benefit (21st year and beyond)

Upon age 60 or 65, the plan holdercan decide to convert it as pension type

The advantage of Kaiser Long-term is that when a person gets sick, it is a health fund, but if not, it becomes your savings.

The Kaiser Long-term Ultimate Healthcare Plan covers beyond 60 years old basing on the health funds accumulated in your account.

SENIOR CARE PLAN

               Medical Healthcare Plan for Seniors from 61-100 years old

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Medical healthcare plan especially designed for those ages 61 years of age and up.

Reimbursement of actual hospitalization expenses based on coverage.

 This may be done midway hospitalization and requires documents to be sumbitted. 

Patients choice for doctor, hospital and specialist.

Comprehensive range of Medical Healthcare Benefits with maximum coverage limit up to Php 1,000,000.00.

Member to shoulder the 1st Php10,000.00 from the total hospital bill plus an additional 10% of claimable amount. The remaining claimable amount shall be shouldered by Kaiser.

Surgical Cases based PhilHealth RUVs calculate the max amount to pay the surgeon for surgical procedure. 

Coverage is one(1) year upon the effectivity of the plan.

Renewal is guaranteed up to age 100. However, KAISER reserves to right to adjust premuims and other policy conditions 45 days prior to renewal.
